(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any minor violating the provision of §§ 130.01 to 130.04 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having care and custody of a minor violating §§ 130.01 to 130.04, after having been previously notified of a prior violation of §§ 130.01 to 130.04, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
