§ 115.06 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Procedure.
      (1)   The denial, suspension or revocation of any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be done in accordance with the procedures set forth in §§ 154.050 through 154.056.
      (2)   The county may issue a notice suspending or revoking an adult-oriented business license granted under this chapter if a licensee or an employee of the licensee has:
         (a)   Violated or is not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter;
         (b)   Refused to allow any inspection of the premises of the adult-oriented business specifically authorized by this chapter or by any other statute or ordinance;
         (c)   Given materially false or misleading information in obtaining the license;
         (d)   Knowingly operated the adult-oriented business during the period when the business license was suspended;
         (e)   Committed an offense which would be grounds for denial of a license for which the time period required has not elapsed;
         (f)   On two or more occasions within a 12-month period, a person committed in or on, or solicited for on the licensed premises, or an outcall employee solicited or committed on or off the premises, an offense which would be grounds for denial of a license for which a conviction has been obtained, and the person was an employee of the adult-oriented business at the time the offenses were committed; or
         (g)   Delinquent in payment to the county for ad valorem taxes or sales taxes related to the adult-oriented business.
   (B)   Effective date. Suspension or revocation shall take effect within 30 days of the issuance of notice.
   (C)   Appeal has no effect on revocation. The fact that a conviction is being appealed shall have no effect on the revocation of the license.
   (D)   Length of revocation. When a license issued pursuant to this chapter is revoked, the revocation shall continue for six months from its effective date and the license shall not be reissued to the adult-oriented business or employee for six months from the date of such revocation.
