(A) A license may be renewed only by submitting an application as provided by the County Clerk/Auditor and paying the fee required by Appendix A of Chapter 110 of this code.
(B) Application for renewal of a license should be made at least 30 days before the expiration date pursuant to the procedures set forth in § 115.02 of this chapter. When made less than 30 days before the expiration date, the expiration of the license shall not be affected.
