§ 30.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Failure of a Justice of the Peace to account as set forth in § 30.045 of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $299 and/or confinement in the County Jail for not more than six months in duration. A complaint for a violation hereof may be lodged directly in the District Court within the county.
