§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Any person or entity found operating a business in violation of Title XI of this code shall be assessed an administrative penalty of $100 in addition to the fee specified in the fee schedule in Appendix A of Chapter 110 of this code if they continue in violation within 30 days of receiving a formal notice.
