§ 112.01 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES REGULATED.
   The county’s regulations governing the requirements related to alcoholic beverages are defined by this code or the currently-adopted State Code, U.C.A. Title 32B. The more strict requirement shall apply within the county.
