§ 30.046 COMPLIANCE.
   Compliance with the terms of § 30.045 of this chapter may be further secured by securing from the District Court within the county a writ of mandamus compelling any Justice of the Peace to account to the proper county official for any moneys not properly tendered within the time allowed.
