§ 110.27 RENEWALS OF BUSINESS LICENSES.
   Each calendar year, licensees shall renew their business licenses by completing an application for a license renewal, signed that all information contained therein is true, and returning it, along with the proper fees, to the Clerk/Auditor within the time period set forth in this chapter. Upon receipt of the application and fees, the Clerk/Auditor shall submit a list of the applications to the Zoning Administrator and Sheriff’s Department (where applicable). The Clerk/Auditor shall be authorized to prepare a certificate of license as provided in this chapter as long as there is not a violation on file.
