Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following shall apply to all licenses issued pursuant to this Title XI.
(A) All licenses shall be valid for up to one year during the calendar year of January 1 to December 31, except single-event beer licenses. The license fee paid as part of a new application for a business license submitted to the Clerk/Auditor after November 15 will also apply for the following calendar year.
(B) Every certificate of license shall specify by name the person to whom it is issued and shall designate the particular business licensed and the location.
(C) No license shall be in any manner assignable or transferable to another owner or authorize any other business than is therein mentioned, except by permission of the County Commission or unless otherwise provided herein.
