§ 110.20 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   An application for a license shall be in writing on a form provided by the Clerk/Auditor requiring such information as the Clerk/Auditor deems necessary to enforce this Title XI.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to incorrectly or fraudulently state or misrepresent any fact as part of applying for or retaining any license.
   (C)   The Clerk/Auditor’s office shall produce a report summarizing application activity to the County Commission upon request.
