§ 30.030 AUDITOR AND CLERK/AUDITOR OFFICES CONSOLIDATED.
   The duties, functions and responsibilities of the offices of Auditor and of Clerk/Auditor shall, effective on the first Monday of January, 1987, be consolidated, and one person shall be elected to such office.
