§ 30.015 MEETINGS.
   The Board of County Commissioners of this county shall hold two regular public meetings each month. Such meetings shall be held on the fifth day of each month and again on the third Monday.
   (A)   When, however, the fifth day of the month falls on a Saturday or on a Sunday, the meeting shall be held on the following Monday.
   (B)   In the event that either of the above-mentioned Mondays falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following day (Tuesday).
