§ 30.001 DOUBLE EMPLOYMENT OF COUNTY EMPLOYEES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   County employees can hold only one employee position classification at a time, either exempt or non-exempt, but not both at the same time.
   (B)   A non-exempt employee may not hold any elective political office of the county during his or her employment.
   (C)   No county elected official may hold another employee position with the county during the term of the elected office.
