A. Animal Nuisances: It shall be unlawful for any owner of an animal to permit or allow the existence or creation of an animal nuisance within the village.
B. Noisy Animals; Dangerous Animals: No person shall keep or harbor any animal shut up or tied up in any yard enclosure, vehicle, house or other place which, by loud or disturbing noises, shall disturb the peace and quiet of any person or neighborhood, and no person shall permit any dangerous or vicious animal to be kept within the village.
C. Cruelty To Animals: No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the village or abandon, underfeed, overload or inhumanely beat any animal. (Ord. 86-15, 11-18-1986)
