§ 50.11 RECYCLABLE MATERIALS; PROPERTY OF CITY.
   Placing recyclable materials in the designated containers, in the specified location, shall be deemed to vest title to the materials in the city. Non-recyclable materials or any material placed in the container not provided for recycling, will not become the property of the city.
