Recyclable materials placed at a designated site, or on the edge of a publicly dedicated right-of-way in a specifically designated container, for the purpose of collecting newsprint, glass, aluminum containers, white office paper, certain plastic containers, and other materials as may be designated by the City Commission as recyclable hereafter will be collected by the authorized agents of the city.
