§ 36.60 BOARD OF ETHICS.
   (A)   A City of Seneca Gardens Ethics Commission is hereby created which shall have the powers to enforce all provisions of the Code of Ethics adopted in this chapter.
   (B)   The Commission shall be composed of three members to be appointed by the City Commission from a list submitted by the City Clerk. The appointment shall be for a term of two years and each may be appointed to one additional consecutive term.
