§ 36.50 NEPOTISM PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The spouse, child, parent or sibling of a public officer should not be employed or appointed to a position in city government.
   (B)   The prohibitions in this section do not apply to any relationship or situation that would violate the prohibition, which existed prior to January 1, 1995.
