§ 32.20 MAYOR AS PRESIDING OFFICER.
   (A)   The Mayor shall preside at all meetings of the Commission and may vote in all proceedings. (KRS 83A.140(4))
   (B)   In the absence of the Mayor from any meeting of the Commission for any reason, the attending members thereof shall elect one of their number to preside at such meeting. When so presiding, such member shall be authorized to vote in all proceedings and shall not have an additional vote in the case of a tie. (Ord. passed 90-03, passed 2-19-90)
