There is hereby created, pursuant to KRS 65.8801 through 65.8839, within the city a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of five members, all of whom shall be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the city for a period of at least one year prior to the creation of the Board and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
