§ 130.01 DISCHARGING FIREARMS PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful to shoot or discharge any gun, pistol, or air rifle, in, into or across any portion of the city.

(B) Nothing in this section shall apply to any police officer, soldier, or other person, properly authorized by any recognized authority from discharging a firearm while in the performance of his duty.
