(A) The person or entity causing damage or obstruction to the sidewalk pavement or street pavement shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of same within 15 weekdays or a mutually agreeable time period.
(B) Any person or entity obstructing or encumbering any street or sidewalk within the city limits shall be subject to a $100 per occurrence fine, with each 24 hour period, or part thereof, constituting a separate occurrence.
(C) Any homeowner not clearing their sidewalk of snow within 48 hours may be subject to a $25/day fine from the point the violation is identified.
