Any person, corporation, or firm violating any provision of this subchapter, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law as provided in § 50.99. The Mayor is empowered, on behalf of the city to institute civil and/or criminal proceedings as may be appropriate under the laws of this Commonwealth. Each instance of unauthorized removal of recyclable materials shall be deemed and construed a separate offense.
