A. Impoundment And Redemption: It is the duty of the animal control officer to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of the impoundment and disposition of all dogs and cats coming into his custody.
B. Monies: It is the duty of the animal control officer to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of all monies belonging to the City, which records shall be open to inspection at reasonable times by persons responsible for similar records of the City, and shall be audited annually in the same manner as other City records are audited.
