It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or association of individuals to allow or permit any fowl, including, but not limited to, chickens, turkeys, and pigeons; or any animal, including, but not limited to, horses, mules, donkeys, cows, sheep, and goats, to be within fifty feet (50') of any dwelling or business establishment.
