13-2-4: DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS BY CITY POLICE CHIEF:
   The police chief, or his designee, will be primarily responsible for the discipline of the reserve police. The chief of police shall have the right to suspend, reprimand, or dismiss a member of the reserve force for those reasons set forth by departmental regulations, city charter, city ordinance, or state law. (2000 Code § 13-204)
