§ 35.30 TITLE; APPLICATION.
   (A)   The provisions of I.C. 5-14-1.5-1 et seq., as amended (the “Act”), including definitions, apply to this subchapter.
   (B)   This subchapter shall be known as the “Electronic Meetings Policy” of the Council and applies to the Council and to any committee appointed directly by the Council or its presiding officer.
