§ 35.16 RECORDING COSTS AND EXPENSES.
   All costs and expenses associated with recording any ordinance approving a petition to vacate a public way pursuant to I.C. 36-7-3-12 shall be the responsibility of the person(s) petition for the vacation of the public way.
