§ 35.15 RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS AND EXPENSES.
   All costs and expenses associated with providing notice by certified mail and/or publication of any public hearing regarding a petition to vacate a public way or place pursuant to I.C. 36-7-3-12 shall be the responsibility of the person(s) petitioning for the vacation of the public way.
