(A) The town’s Police Department is hereby authorized to charge and collect the following fees as set forth herein and such fees shall be deposited into the Continuing Education Fund of the town’s Police Department:

Crash/crime scene photo CD | $20 |
Crash/crime scene video interview, per CD/DVD | $20 |
Crash/crime scene video copy | $50 |
Criminal history checks | $10 |
Facsimile transmission services | $5 |
Fingerprinting services (excludes jail booking) | $10 |
Incident/case reports, per page | $0.35 |
Motor checks | $5 |
Out of county/state paper service, per service | $60 |
(B) Said funds are exempt from needing appropriation.
