(A)
The Town Council adopts the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-5 establishing a Department of Storm Water Management governed by a board of storm water management and a storm water district.
(B) The Town Council creates a special taxing district that includes all territory within the town’s corporate boundaries as provided in I.C. 8-1.5-5-5.
(C) The Town Council hereby expands the Storm Water Board from a three member board to a five member board.
(1) The five Town Council Board members are hereby authorized to serve as the Storm Water Board.
(2) There shall be no additional compensation paid to the Town Council for this role.
