§ 32.41 BOARD OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT.
   (A)   The Town Council adopts the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-5 establishing a Department of Storm Water Management governed by a board of storm water management and a storm water district.
   (B)   The Town Council creates a special taxing district that includes all territory within the town’s corporate boundaries as provided in I.C. 8-1.5-5-5.
   (C)   The Town Council establishes a Board of Storm Water Management which shall consist of three directors (one member shall serve a one-year term or until his, her or their successor is appointed; one member shall serve a two-year term or until his, her or their successor is appointed; and one member shall serve a three-year term or until his, her or their successor is appointed) each appointed by the President of the Town Council, not more than two of whom may be of the same political party, as provided in I.C. 8-1.5-5-4.
