§ 93.09 EQUAL ACCESS TO HOUSING IN HUD PROGRAMS.
   Pursuant to 24 CFR § 5.403 and 24 CFR § 574.3 the definition of FAMILY includes, but is not limited to, families, as defined in § 93.02(B) of this chapter, regardless of the actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status of its members.
