§ 152.44 FAILURE TO PAY COSTS.
   If the violator fails to pay the costs within the time prescribed herein, a certified copy of the statement of costs shall be filed in the office of the County Auditor and the amount shown on the statement will be added to the tax duplicate against such real estate, to be collected as property taxes are generally collected.
