§ 152.05 FILING OF COMPLAINTS.
   Any person, including the town, who believes a property located within the corporate limits of the town has abandoned and/or junk vehicles, weeds and/or rank vegetation, trash and/or junk, or debris on streets and/or public ways in violation of this chapter, shall file a written complaint, which shall be signed and dated, with the Clerk-Treasurer. If the town files the complaint, an employee, officer, or Council member of the town shall file the complaint as set out above.
