(A) All fences constructed under the provisions of this chapter shall be maintained so as to comply with the requirements of this chapter at all times.
(B) No property owner shall allow any weeds, grasses, rank vegetation or other uncontrolled plant growth to exceed eight inches in height on any area within one foot of any fence unless such growth is objectively decorative in nature or an otherwise exempt matter.
(C) All fence facing must be installed at an angle of 90 degrees from the ground. Any fence measuring less than, or greater than, 75 degrees in one direction or the other shall be repaired to stand at a 90-degree angle upon proper notice of the violation and, if not adequately repaired, shall be subject to abatement by the town.
