§ 151.02 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Spacing the fence posts. As a rule, a person should set fence posts about six feet to eight feet apart. All wood fence posts are to be set with about one-third of their total length buried in the ground. Posts are to be anchored with concrete. Fence lines and fences shall be maintained in good repair. Anchor the posts more firmly by making the holes slightly larger at the bottom than at the top. Place two or three shovels full of gravel in the bottom of each hole before the post is placed into position. Pack the post with concrete.
   (B)   Inspection of new fences. When any fence for which a permit has been issued under this chapter is completed, it must be inspected. The Building Commissioner shall be notified upon completion of the fence. The Building Commissioner will issue a card of acceptance if the fence complies with the provisions of this chapter, or reject the fence if it does not so comply.
