§ 111.01 DEFINITION; LIMITS.
   (A)   CASUAL BUSINESS is defined as, any business conducted for profit on residentially zoned property within the boundaries of the town, which, if done on a full-time or regular basis would require rezoning of the property in question. The types of business transactions contemplated by this section shall include, but not be limited to, rummage sales, yard sales, seasonal items sales, sale of a motor vehicle and sales of collectibles or craft items.
   (B)   Limits on the amount of casual business conducted on residentially zoned property are as follows:
      (1)   Motor vehicle sales: four sales per calendar year; and
      (2)   All other business: four events per calendar year, totaling no more than 14 days in the aggregate during which business is transacted.
