§ 92.42 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   There shall be furnished to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time of making application written proof that the applicant or the contractor for the applicant is covered by public liability insurance in an amount not less than:
      (1)   For property damage: $300,000;
      (2)   For injury to any one person: $1,000,000; and
      (3)   For any one occurrence: $2,000,000.
   (B)   The applicant shall prove to the satisfaction of the Clerk-Treasurer the payment of a premium for the insurance so that the town will be protected for a period of one year from the date of the commencement of the work.
