(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violations of §§ 91.30 through 91.32 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $50. Each day such person continues to keep or harbor any livestock on real estate in violation of §§ 91.30 through 91.32 is deemed to be a continuing and separate violation.
