11-1-8: MORE RESTRICTIVE PROVISIONS IN OTHER LAWS AND ORDINANCES:
Notwithstanding anything set forth or provided for in this Code, if other provisions of the Municipal Code, or other applicable laws, rules, or regulations, are more restrictive than the provisions set forth in this Code, then the other such laws, rules, or regulations shall be applicable.
