11-1-6: EFFECT OF REGULATIONS:

No building or land shall be used for any purpose, and no building or structure shall be erected, reconstructed or structurally altered in any manner, except in conformity with the regulations applicable to the zone in which the same is located and as otherwise provided in this chapter. (Ord. 533, 6-5-1961)
