Every truck used in the collection and removal of solid waste, organics, and/or dry recyclables, shall be kept well painted, and clean inside and out. The city reserves the right to require contractors to weigh, at public scales, all of its loaded trucks carrying refuse, solid waste, organics and/or dry recyclables, originating within the corporate limits for a period not exceeding ten (10) days in one year, at the city's expense.
