6-1-28: SWINDLING:
It shall be unlawful for any person, who by color, or aid of any trick or sleight of hand performance, or by fraud or by fraudulent scheme, cards, dice or device, to win for himself, or for another, any money or property or a representative of either. (Ord. 2001-8, 11-19-2001)
