6-1-27: RIOT:

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse immediately to disperse upon an order to do so by a police officer, when three (3) or more persons are assembled for the purpose of disturbing the peace, or for the purpose of committing any unlawful act. (Ord. 2001-8, 11-19-2001)
