6-1-23: POLICE OFFICERS, ASSISTANCE TO:

It shall be unlawful for any male citizen over the age of eighteen (18) years to refuse, or neglect to render assistance to any police officer when called upon for such assistance, or aid in the suppression of riot, or other unlawful assemblage or in the arrest of any person who has committed an offense. (Ord. 2001-8, 11-19-2001)
