6-1-22: PETIT THEFT:
It shall be unlawful for any person to commit "petit theft" which is hereby defined as a larceny when the property taken is of a value not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00), or in the case of domestic fowls, fruits, or nuts, not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 2001-8, 11-19-2001)
