6-1-13: GAMBLING:
It shall be unlawful for any person to deal, play or conduct, either as owner, employee or lessee, whether or not for hire, any game played with cards, dice or any other device for money, checks, credit or other representative of value. (Ord. 2001-8, 11-19-2001)
