6-1-1: PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The purpose and intent of this chapter is to provide minimum standards to safeguard the life, health, property, and public welfare in keeping with the character of the city by establishing and maintaining standards. (Ord. 2001-8, 11-19-2001)
