5-2.5-1: TITLE:

This chapter shall be known as the SELMA POLICE, FIRE, 9-1-1 RESPONSE, AND ANTIGANG AND DRUG PREVENTION ORDINANCE, a special transactions and use tax ordinance. The city of Selma hereinafter shall be called "city". This chapter shall be applicable in the incorporated territory of the city. (Ord. 2007-8, 11-6-2007)
