Every person required to have a license under the provisions of this Chapter who proposes to and does distribute, sell or transfer any adult material, as defined in Section 11-29-2 of this Code, shall maintain complete records which can be segregated with regard to all transactions involving such products, merchandise, adult material, services or entertainment which are sufficient to establish the percentage of gross receipts of the business which is derived from such transactions. In the event that the percentage of gross receipts of the business derived from the sale, trade or rental of adult materials shall exceed twenty percent (20%) for any consecutive six (6) month period the business shall be required to comply with Title XI, Chapter 29 of this Code.
